COCONUT BARS (Lamingtons) ~ $24/dozen
Golden Butter Cake drenched in Chocolate Syrup
then rolled in Coconut
Cake: Wheat flour, sugar, eggs, butter, milk, vanilla,
Icing: sugar, cocoa powder, coconut, coconut oil
These can be stored at room temperature for several days. Freezing works well, too!
These decadent Lamingtons can be served as a unique alternative to cake or cupcakes.
