Our bagels stay fresh at room temperature (or in the refrigerator) in a sealed bag for up to four days, and in the freezer for up to two months. To enjoy bagels long term, individually wrap (pre-sliced?), seal them in a freezer-safe plastic bag, and keep them frozen until ready to eat. Ready to eat? Simply put one straight from the freezer into your toaster OR place in the microwave for 30 seconds (this is what I do). Optionally, you could preheat your oven to 350 degrees, splash some water on your bagels, place on the rack, and bake for 5-7 minutes.
